The San Joaquin Valley Library System released an RFQ to purchase Microsoft Licenses from a qualified Microsoft Partner. SJVLS is a consortium of public libraries located in California’s Central Valley. We provide our members with shared infrastructure for library services, telecommunications, and other IT services.
