Internet access is currently down System-wide. It appears that it did not come back up following planned work by our service provider overnight. We will work on the problem as soon as network support staff are available (after 7:30AM).

The interface to OneClick Digital Recorded Books has been significantly improved in the last few weeks. We have been successful using these features:
- User may request password reset
- Books can be checked out and heard on local PC
- Chapters can be loaded on a portable device (USB flash drive)
- Chapters can be saved in WMA format for listening with Windows Media Player.

Our Internet Service Provider will be performing planned maintenance on November 17 between 3:00am and 6:00am. Internet downtime for SJVLS is estimated to be less than 30 minutes. This will impact home users of ValleyCat, electronic resources, email, and websites hosted by SJVLS. Email will be sent/delivered when the connect resumes.

We have an issue with SJVLS subscription to Chilton's. The service is unavailable while we resolve the status of the subscription with the vendor. We are trying to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
