Problems with Horizon Saturday morning

First thing Saturday morning everyone got locked out of Horizon when we exceeded a Sybase parameter.  With help from SirsiDynix we were able to resolve the problem by 10:30 AM, at which point we restarted the OPAC server and the SIP servers.  This problem should not have any impact on the integrity of transactions.
