Adobe has a planned outage for infrastructure maintenance from April 11, 2014 at 11:15 pm CST to April 12 12:30 am CST. During this 1 hour and 15 minute window of time, patrons will not be able to activate new devices in order to use the 3M Cloud Library apps. Patrons already logged into the app on existing devices will be able to continue to check-out, browse, place books on hold and read books that have already been downloaded. (10:15 - 11:30 our time, if they really mean CST))

Horizon and everything that talks to it (ValleyCat, database/ebook logins, telephone renewals, online payments) will be down brieflyThursday, March 27th between 6:50 and 7:10 AM.

We are have had two incidents today where something has happened in the network cutting Horizon clients off from the server, We continue to investigate the issue. Please report problems to your JSA/technical staff, with the time that you first noticed the problem.

Sometime after 9:05 AM on Wednesday (2/12) the SmartPay server started having problems communicating with the vendor's servers to complete the payment transactions. It appears that it did the pre-authorization and cleared the fines, but that it was unable to complete the payment transaction. The vendor is looking into the problem. We beleive that we will be able to manually send through the failed payments, since the fines were in fact cleared.

The network issues at 3M have been resolved and the 3M Cloud Library is fully operational again.
